  1. One Big Capsicum                         (Buy Now!)
  2. One Cheese Cube                          (Buy Now!)
  3. Green Chilies : 2 Nos                   (Buy Now!)
  4. Chili Flakes to taste                     (Buy Now!)
  5. Oregano to taste                           (Buy Now!)
  6. Salt to taste                                     (Buy Now!)
  7. Oil : 2 table spoon                        (Buy Now!)


Cut the capsicum to make ring as shown in the figure below:

  1. Take an egg in a bowl and remove the yolk in another bowl.
  2. Add Salt and green chilies in the egg white. Mix it well to form foam.
  3. Now heat the pan and add 2 table spoon of oil.
  4. Shallow fry the capsicum ring.
  5. Now add some egg white mixture in the capsicum ring till it covers the base.
  6. Place the egg yolk in the middle of the ring.
  7. spread some grated cheese above it.
  8. Now pour remaining egg white mixture on the cheese.
  9. Close the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes depending on the type of egg you want i.e. semi cooked (Half fry) or completely cooked.
  10. Once cook remove the ring in the dish.
  11. Add Chili flakes and oregano to taste.

Serve it with Tomato sause.
