Cut the capsicum to make ring as shown in the figure below:
- Take an egg in a bowl and remove the yolk in another bowl.
- Add Salt and green chilies in the egg white. Mix it well to form foam.
- Now heat the pan and add 2 table spoon of oil.
- Shallow fry the capsicum ring.
- Now add some egg white mixture in the capsicum ring till it covers the base.
- Place the egg yolk in the middle of the ring.
- spread some grated cheese above it.
- Now pour remaining egg white mixture on the cheese.
- Close the lid and let it cook for 3-4 minutes depending on the type of egg you want i.e. semi cooked (Half fry) or completely cooked.
- Once cook remove the ring in the dish.
- Add Chili flakes and oregano to taste.
Serve it with Tomato sause.
