Ingredients:

  1. Corn : 1 Bowl                                       (Buy Now!)
  2. Cheese : 1 Cube                                 (Buy Now!)
  3. Urad Dal : 1 Bowl                               (Buy Now!)
  4. Green Chilies : 2 Nos                       (Buy Now!)
  5. Chopped Coriander                          (Buy Now!)
  6. Cumin Seeds : 1 table Spoon       (Buy Now!)
  7. Salt to taste                                           (Buy Now!)
  8. Organic Garlic cloves: 3 -4 Nos (Buy Now!)
  9. Oil : 4 table spoon                              (Buy Now!)

Procedure:

  1. Rinse urad dal and soak it in water for 5 Hours.
  2. Once the urad dal soaks the water, it expands.
  3. Boil the corn Kernel in salted water.
  4. Take urad dal, Boiled Corn, Cumin Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Green Chilies, Chopped Coriander and salt in a mixture vessel and grind it well.
  5. The mixture is ready for corn urad dal vada.
  6. Take oil in a pan and deep fry corn urad dal vada.
  7. To make cheese corn urad dal vada, put small cheese cube in the urad dal vada mixture ball and fry the cheese corn urad dal vada.
  8. Fry it till it becomes golden brown.
  9. Garnish it with Coriander and grated cheese.

Serve it with Tomato Souse.
