Ingredients:

  1. 1 bowl chopped French beans         (Buy Now!)
  2. 1 medium Carrot                                     (Buy Now!)
  3. Salt to taste                                                (Buy Now!)
  4. One medium size Organic Onion (Buy Now!)
  5. 1/2 bowl crushed Peanuts               (Buy Now!)
  6. Chopped Coriander                            (Buy Now!)
  7. Organic Garlic : 4-5 Cloves            (Buy Now!)
  8. 1 medium size Tomato                      (Buy Now!)
  9. 4-5 Green Chilies                                 (Buy Now!)
  10. 1/2 tbl spoon Turmeric                     (Buy Now!)

Procedure:

  1. Stir fry onion and garlic in Oil.
  2. Now add tomatoes and green chilies.
  3. Once it is cooked add crushed peanuts and mix it well.
  4. Add Turmeric and mix it well.
  5. After that add chopped french beans and Carrot.
  6. Mix the french beans and carrot well.
  7. Add salt to taste.
  8.  Now we will need 1/2 glass of water.
  9. Add coriander and close the lid.
  10. Let it cook for 5-6 minutes.

Once cooked it can be served with any Indian bread.
