In every 100 Gms of Wheat Rava:
- Carbohydrates : 71 Grams
- Fiber : 3 Grams
- Fat : 1 Gram
- Protein : 12 Grams
- Minerals : calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, sodium, phosphorous and zinc.
Rava kheer is a two minutes recipe. It is also known as Semolina or Sooji. It is a very healthy recipe. Rava Kheer sufficiently satisfies your hunger.
- 2 tbps Ghee
- 1 Bowl Rava
- 1/2 Bowl Sugar
- 1/2 Bowl Milk
- 2 Cloves Ilaichi
- 1/2 Bowl Water
Heat a pan and add 2 tbl spoon of Ghee.
Once the ghee is heated add Rava.
Fry it properly and add ilaichi.
Add water and sugar and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Once the sugar melts then add 1/2 bowl of Milk.
Stir it well till the mixture boils.
Serve it HOT!

You can enjoy Rava Kheer during rainy season. Take a bowl of Kheer in balcony and enjoy the Rain.
