Rava Kheer

Rava kheer is a two minutes recipe. It is also known as Semolina or Sooji. It is a very healthy recipe. Rava Kheer sufficiently satisfies your hunger.

  • 2 tbps Ghee
  • 1 Bowl Rava
  • 1/2 Bowl Sugar
  • 1/2 Bowl Milk
  • 2 Cloves Ilaichi
  • 1/2 Bowl Water


  1. Heat a pan and add 2 tbl spoon of Ghee.

  2. Once the ghee is heated add Rava.

  3. Fry it properly and add ilaichi.

  4. Add water and sugar and let it cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Once the sugar melts then add 1/2 bowl of Milk.

  6. Stir it well till the mixture boils.

  7. Serve it HOT!
