Red Spinach or also known as Lal Math is a very important vegetable from health point of view. The health benefits already mentioned above.
Take one bowl of Wheat flour, Rice flour, Ragi flour and Gram flour and add Cumin Seed powder, Dhaniya Powder, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Ajwain, Sugar and Salt to taste.
Now add Chopped Red Spinach in the mixture.
Add water and make a dough.
Make small ball of the dough and prepare chapatis.
Heat a pan and add some Desi Ghee
Shallow fry the Parathas till it become golden brown.
Serve it with Curd.
