  • Red Spinach or Lal Math
  • 1 Bowl Wheat Flour
  • 1 Bowl Ragi Flour
  • 1 Bowl Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1 Bowl Rice Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dhaniya Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ajwain
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1 Bowl Curd


  1. Take one bowl of Wheat flour, Rice flour, Ragi flour and Gram flour and add Cumin Seed powder, Dhaniya Powder, Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Ajwain, Sugar and Salt to taste.

  2. Now add Chopped Red Spinach in the mixture.

  3. Add water and make a dough.

  4. Make small ball of the dough and prepare chapatis.

  5. Heat a pan and add some Desi Ghee

  6. Shallow fry the Parathas till it become golden brown.

  7. Serve it with Curd.
